If you are homeless the MA Department of Housing and Community Development may be able to help. They are located at 9 Walnut Street, Worcester and their phone number is (508) 767-3189.  Their offices are open from 8am–4pm. Arrive early in the day in order to guarantee you are seen that day.

For one-on-one counseling, information, referral and workshops related to income security and housing stability go to RCAP Solutions Housing Consumer Education Center located at 12 East Worcester Street or call them at 1800 -488-1969.
