Provide lower rates for gas, electricity and telephone for low-income families.Prevent the shutoff of gas of senior households, a low-income family with an infant, someone with a serious illness, or a tenant with utilities included in the rent. Worcester Residents may contact their utility companies directly, or contact the Department of Public Utilities.
