Emergency Services Housing
Jeremiah’s Inn is a community residential recovery program for men. They work to alleviate issues of homelessness, addiction and hunger. They have a capacity to host 29 men at a time. You must be sober for at least 30 days prior to admission. Guests are asked to make a contribution of $10 per day for program fees. This contribution will provide you with shelter, meals, clothing and the support to reach your goals. Assistance is available for those who cannot afford to pay this fee.
Jeremiah’s Inn operates an emergency food pantry. The pantry provides household with an emergency supply of food once a month for residents in the following zip codes: 01610, 01602 and 01603. In order to receive food you must bring with you a form of ID, proof of residency, which can be a utility bill, rent receipt or other piece of mail and your Jeremiah’s Inn card, which new members can sign up for the first time you go. The pantry is opened from 9:00 am–2:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Closed on Wednesday. All other services are they are conveniently open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Substance abuse treatment:
Residents in this program work with their case manager to develop individual service plans that give focus to their efforts.
