SafeLink Wireless® is a participating Lifeline service provider.

 

IMPORTANT: This listing should not be confused with SafeLink Hotline, a 24-hour hotline for crisis intervention, safety planning, support, information, and referrals to emergency shelters.

Lifeline is a federally-sponsored program that provides a discount on communication services to eligible individuals and families. Eligibility is determined by income and/or participation in state or Federal support programs. Through Lifeline, SafeLink subscribers are eligible to receive a mobile phone and a monthly discount on their service. SafeLink benefits are limited to one line per household. SafeLink Wireless is a service of TracFone Wireless, Inc., a Verizon company.

Our Phones

In addition to free minutes, texts and data each month, SafeLink subscribers receive a smartphone (or a SIM card if you wish to use your current compatible phone). Relationships with major manufacturers allow us to satisfy any customer preference – from entry-level smartphones to industry-leading flagship devices. Our Keep-Your-Own-Smartphone plan enables customers to use their current phone and keep their current mobile number while moving their service to our network. Both options offer a variety of plans and provide superior service to customers.
