Description

Auburn Youth and Family Services (AFYS) offers a wide array of social services to Auburn residents including outpatient counseling, school-based counseling, clothing closet, advocacy/info referral, food pantry (see below), First Day Program, holiday giving program, and a Community Assistance Fund (see below).

Food Pantry

AYFS, through MEFAP and a partnership with Worcester County Food Bank, operates a food pantry and food distribution program at 21 Pheasant Court. The food pantry operates for in-person on Wednesday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Appointments are required. To make an appointment, please call 508-832-5707 ext 102.

We also offer curbside food pickup and delivery on Thursdays. For any questions, please call Lisa at 508-832-5707 ext. 102

Auburn Community Assistance Fund (ACAF)

The Auburn Community Assistance Fund (ACAF) was established in 1980 as a private non-profit fund. The purpose of the fund is to assist Auburn residents in emergency situations, especially heating assistance - oil, propane, gas and/or electric.
