This Hospital provides a range of inpatient and outpatient health care services to meet the needs of the Quaboag Hills and Pioneer Valley. They also are committed to providing quality health care services to everyone, regardless of financial situation. Patients that have limited or no health insurance, or those on a fixed or limited income, are encouraged to speak with our financial counselor, who can provide information on state and federal programs available to help fund health care services. This Hospital is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer’s ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income.
