Services

Substance abuse treatment available. Community Healthlink, Inc. has a series of services such as adolescent recovery, outpatient care, inpatient care and recovery services. Under adolescent recovery there are two programs:Motivating Youth Recovery (MYR) and Highland Grace House. These are intended for teenagers. Inpatient services have three programs: Detox, PASSages, and Thayer TSS. The Detox program provides 24 hour nursing care and observation for clients that are detoxing from drugs and alcohol. PASSages is a post-detox Clinical Stabilization Service (CSS) program that provides intensive, community based, short term care that includes residential, group, and individual treatment for individuals in the early stages of substance abuse recovery. Thayer TSS  provides transitional support.
Outpatient services include assessment; crisis intervention; health education; individual, group, couples, and family counseling; medical/psychiatric consultation; referral and aftercare planning; self help groups; and treatment planning.
Services vary by locations.

Mental Health Treatment

Services

The Community Healthlink provides help with inpatient Detox, Intensive Post-Acute Recovery Clinical Stabilization Service (PASSAges). Outpatient counseling services for adults is also available.
There is also a crisis stabilization unit available. Substance abuse counseling is available. Community Healthlink also has an Emergency Services 24 hours hotline 1-800-977-555 or 1-866-549-2142.
There are spanish speaking clinicians and Vietnamese speaking interpreters.

Payment

Accepts various insurances with referral, except for Harvard Pilgrim.  Fee operate on a sliding schedule. Does accept the Mass Behavioral Health Plan
Support Groups:
Types of Group: The Act Group, Yoga, Mindfulness,The Nurturing Parent, and Building Bridges Program.

Services

ALL of the support group programs offer childcare  after 3:00 pm for children 3 and up. ALL services provided in English only.
Act Group: Connect with other teens to discuss relationships, stress, mindfulness, conflict resolution, etc.
Yoga: Yoga for adolescent girls and women affected by trauma. Participate in a yoga class that emphasizes the power of breathing and stretching
Mindfulness: Group for school aged children to participate in activities, games, stories, and art to learn to be mindful
The Nurturing Parent: Helps parents develop nurturing parenting skills
Building Bridges Program: Program–help individuals who have lost a loved one to homicide connect with others.

Eligibility and Scheduling

Act Group: A free program open to individuals ages 15-18. Begins in Spring 2014, must call for days and times.
Yoga: Open adolescent and adult women who have been affected by trauma. Begins in Spring 2014, must call for days and times
Mindfulness: Open to school age children. Must call for dates and times.
The Nurturing Parent: Open to adolescents and young adults. Begins in Spring 2014, must call for dates.
Building Bridges Program: Open to all. Must call for dates and times.
