East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP)

Community action agency for the East Bay, serving East Providence and nearby towns. A private nonprofit providing a wide array of health and human services to all residents of the East Bay. Key programs include primary health care (medical, dental, behavioral clinics), emergency assistance (food, heating), family programs (Head Start, parenting support), education and job training (adult education, career closet), senior services, youth programs, and housing assistance. EBCAP connects individuals (including those reentering society) with the right services at the right time to promote self-reliance.
