Elevate Youth Services

Washington County agency for youth. Offers crisis shelter and counseling (“Country Roads” program) and a Transitional Living Program for ages 16–21. Supports homeless/runaway or at-risk youth with temporary shelter, family mediation, and up to 22 months of housing and financial aid to help them achieve independence.
