Permanent supportive/transitional housing in Brattleboro. WWHT operates 22 supportive apartments with on-site services (counseling, case management) for vulnerable adults. DOC funds allow usage by returning citizens. Residents receive help with housing stability and connections to recovery or mental-health resources.
