Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance

DTA’s local office lobby is open for self-service options. You can use our phones, copiers, or kiosks to apply for benefits or manage your case. Staff will be there to assist you with these if you need help. Interpreters will also be available.
You can request a new EBT card on the DTA Connect mobile app, DTAConnect.com online or on your phone, or using the automated prompts on the DTA Assistance Line. EBT cards will continue to be mailed. You can also apply for SNAP, TAFDC and EAEDC online at DTAConnect.com or over the phone. The DTA Assistance Line can be reached at 1-877-382-2363 (help in over 100 languages). Learn all you can do to manage your case 24/7 without visiting a DTA office (e.g., submit documents, request letter showing your DTA benefits, etc.) at Mass.gov/ContactDTA.
