These two programs serve primarily residential customers. To be eligible you must have a balance of at least $300 that has been past due for more than 60 days. If you previously participated in this program you are eligible. When calling please make sure you are the costumer on record and qualify for public assistance. Finally the service must be active. If you have any questions about your eligibility or any of the critics listed above please call their number and ask about arrearage programs.
