NBCCC was established in 1995. We are one of twenty two coalitions across Massachusetts that is federally funded through the Department of Children and Families. Our mission is to facilitate the organization of comprehensive family support systems in the neighborhoods of the City of New Bedford while promoting a community centered child welfare best practices approach within the DCF system.
