Regional community action agency addressing poverty. Provides housing counseling and a men’s reentry housing program. Offers congregate transitional housing, life-skills training, employment and education support, and case management to formerly incarcerated adults in Orleans/Essex/Caledonia counties. NEKCA “empowers those who seek assistance” to improve their lives.
