Worcester Aftercare Program
Services
Reintegration Services from lock up to independence. They provide reintegration services through assistance with relationship building through the provision of caring adult mentors. They also provide educational services, employment &training and placement opportunities and case management to address barriers.

Eligibility
For young men and women (ages 14-18) who have been detained or sentenced and served time for a nonsexual criminal law violation within the past 90 days.
