Hudson Maynard Adult Learning Center
Description
The Hudson Maynard Adult Learning Center offers free literacy classes to adult learners. We offer ESOL, English for Speakers of Other Languages and Adult Second Education (ASE) classes. We are primarily funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary education. We have been offering literacy classes for over 30 years–since 1985. We currently serve more that 250 students from 19 different countries. Our students range in age from 17 to over 65 years old. Students live and come from many neighboring communities to attend classes.
