MassHire Franklin-Hampshire Career Center

MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center provides employment and training services at no charge to job seekers and employers in Franklin County, Hampshire County, and the North Quabbin area. We have been operated by the Franklin Hampshire Employment and Training Consortium since 1981 and while our name has changed slightly, our services and commitment to our community remain the same.

The Franklin Hampshire region is one of the most rural in Massachusetts with over 1,400 square miles of geography and a total population of approximately 245,000. We serve the 50 communities of Franklin and Hampshire Counties as well as the communities of Royalston, Athol, Phillipston, and Petersham in Worcester County that are part of the North Quabbin area.

We are proud to provide a wide range of services and resources to both job seekers and employers. Job seekers will find a variety of job search tools and training opportunities to help find the ideal career or career pathway. Area employers are able to post jobs and learn about the many ways we connect employers with skilled workers looking for meaningful work.
