The community action agency for Kent County (Warwick area). Offers a “hand-up” through emergency food assistance, heating/utilities aid, housing support, child care programs, senior meals, job training, financial literacy, and other anti-poverty services to help low-income individuals (including returning citizens) achieve self-sufficiency.
